Visa Requirements

• Any individual that has performed hajj in the previous 3 years may incur additional charge as per the Ministry of Hajj rules
• Valid digital passport with a minimum of 7 month remaining from the time of departure
• 4 recent passport size photographs for each pilgrim
• Passport must have at least two blank pages for visa
• A meningitis certificate (must be valid)
• Woman must be accompanied by their Mehram (with evidence of relationship)
• European passport holders will need to provide proof of residency (i.e. bank statement/utilities bill)

Terms and condition

• An initial deposit of £1000 pp must be paid at the time of booking
• Flights will be confirmed closer to time of departure
• Hotel check in is 4pm and check out is 12pm
• Transport will be provided by Mualim unless private coach is booked
• Triptomakkah has no control for any delays in transport
• Triptomakkah has no control for delay in complimentary meals that is provided by Mualim.
• Whilst Triptomakkah will do its best to accommodate the needs of pilgrims, shared rooms cannot be changed once booked 

Whilst we make every effort to ensure all aspects of your travel arrangements run smoothly, with our Hajj 2021 Economy Package, and have set a high standard, we do recognise that there maybe some elements that do not meet your expectations.  Should you have any issue, you are advised to bring it to the attention of the group leader immediately and we will endeavour to respond accordingly.
